3242245 - [Onboarding] Behaviour of "Help us know more about you" Card in the Latest Home Page

Is there any expiry date to the card "Help us know more about you" , "Onboarding Journey" and "Welcome Card" in the Latest Home Page? What is recommended best practice to ensure that there is no Home Page related error in Onboarding Process creation or while completing the onboarding activities?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• "Help us know more about you" , "Onboarding Journey" and "Welcome Card" all expire based on the Process Closure Days set in the rule with scenario "Configure the Period to Close and Archive Onboarding Processes and Tasks"
• For example, if the Closure Period in Days is set to 90 Days, these onboarding cards will expire 90 after the candidate is hired. 
• As best practice, we default the rule with scenario "Configure the Period to Close and Archive Onboarding Processes and Tasks" to 90 days.
• It is recommended that the rule should not be deleted as it will lead to other performance issues in the Latest Home Page.
