Symptom

When migrating employee master data from SAP ERP HCM or S/4HANA to SuccessFactors Employee Central, the following error shows up:

  • The system no longer allows you to create Job Information events for leaveof absence from outside the Time Off UI. Please make sure to have the "Time Off" or "Time Off for Leave of Absence Only" setting enabled to create leave of absences only using the Time Off UI directly.
