3242304 - Limiting Access to dictionary items

I would like to know how we can restrict users' access to dictionary items in our workspace.

In order to restrict access to dictionary items in a workspace, you (or another admin) could do this from the Explorer and would go to Setup -> Manage users & access rights -> Access rights -> Dictionary. You can adjust the visibility for the entire dictionary as well as for specific dictionary categories. You can restrict the ability for users to view them ensuring that they or their group of users do not have the “V” access right. Please see the screenshot.

Please note: When you remove access, users will still be able to see dictionary items when they are used in diagrams. They won't see any dictionary categories listed anywhere and dictionary items won't be included in search results. Users with modeling licenses won't be able to use any dictionary items when creating diagrams.
