When looking at the Process hierarchy for "Level 3" diagram in Collaboration Hub, the Process Level being displayed shows as Level 4, but Level 3 is expected.
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
Resolution
The value of the Process Level attribute is calculated, and it shows how many linked diagrams there are, from the current diagram to the top diagram (inclusive).
This is also shown in the Process hierarchy diagram, that clearly shows all the models in the path.
The Process Level attribute is not calculated by the number of folders in a directory structure.
