3242355 - How to add IT System in QuickModel without icon appears in a diagram in Process Manager

In QuickModel, when IT Systems is described in Activities, it appears as an icon in a diagram. How can we stop this and add IT Systems as attribute?

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

You can achieve this making new custom attribute "IT Systems". Here's how;

1 - Create custom attribute "IT Systems" for BPMN 2.0 Task element. User Guide how to create custom attribute here.

2 - In QuickModel, click on wrench icon on top right corner of Activities section.

3 - Tick OFF "IT Systems" from Main attributes section, and tick ON "IT systems" custom attribute you created in Custom attributes section. Hit OK to close the popup.

4 - Now you see your custom attribute to set in Activities item in QuickModel.

5 - If you open the saved diagram in Editor and click on the task, you will see IT system as attribute, not as icon.
