A quickmodel user with read only permissions tries to open a diagram in Collaboration Hub but ends all the time in commenting view.

Resolution
You have to set the permission 'Process Manager - edit processes' to solve the problem. After you grant the permission the quickmodel user is able to open the diagram in the collaboration hub with a double-click.
