3242364 - Disable email notifications for users invited to give feedback

Following invitation to comment I do not want users to receive notification emails following each update. Despite amending the system settings from the Automatic Subscription 'following invitation to comment' to 'No automatic subscriptions' a user still reported notifications received.

When users are invited to give feedback, they can manage their email notification settings in the top right corner after accessing the diagram from the email. It can be toggled to receive notifications with the bell icon, or clicking it again will revert to no email notifications. Please see the attached screenshot.
