3242367 - SAML SSO Login Error while others can login

Only one person is not able to login via SAML authentication. 

The account has been created and user can login directory to Signavio without SSO. 

What could be wrong?

User's first name and last name set differently between your SAML and Signavio.

first name in SAML needs to match first name set in Signavio.
