Symptom
While setting up the SAP Solution Manager connector, customer is receiving the following error, "Connection failed (URL cannot be reached)"
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
Resolution
In this case, the SAP Solution Manager endpoint had been set up with only SAML authentication, which we don't support.
