3242387 - Process Name is empty after importing Processes from an Australian language workspace

Imported processes from an Australian language set up environment.  What do you have to do to covert the diagram to English – New Zealand

The Process Name is empty, because the English language the model was created in, is different to the workspace English language setting.

Typically, workspaces created with English as the language, are created with English ( USA) as the default language.
However, there are 5 English languages (dialect) available in the Signavio Process Manager.

If you import a model that does not have the same English as the workspace, then it needs to be migrated.

To migrate a model to a new English language, please follow the instructions in our documentation: Signavio Process Manager User Guide > Collaboration > Translating diagrams> Migrating diagrams to a different language

Please note:

• The workspace may need multiple languages enabled
• This feature is available in the Enterprise Edition.
