3242395 - How to delete a process from the "start approval workflow" dropdown list in SAP Signavio Process Governance

There are some processes in the "Approval Workflow" dropdown list which not supposed to be shown there in SAP Signavio Process Governance. We can’t figure out how to remove it from the list as the process doesn’t appear in the Workflow processes of the organization. How do we remove the process from the dropdown list?

Please check if you can find different "Approval Workflow" processes in the list of your organization. To find the processes you can use the filter Trigger "Approval Workflow" on the right side of the screen. Please notice that there can be a private "Approval Workflow" which isn't visible. In addition there is no report under "Analytics" to filter all "Approval Workflow" processes.

Another reason that the processes are not visible in the overview is probably due to the fact that the rights for the visibility were adapted by the creator of the processes for users and/or groups.

If you found the process you can either change the trigger or delete the process.

Please change the trigger from "Signavio Approval" to "Form" or "When an email arrives" as shown in the screenshots below. Otherwise, please delete the processes in the Workflow Accelerator, so that they are no longer displayed in the "Approval Workflow" drop-down list.

1. Remove the trigger.
2. Set up another trigger.
