3242413 - Promoting a Collaborator to an Administrator in Process Governance

How can I promote a normal user (Collaborator) to an Administrator in my SAP-Signavio Process Governance (Workflow) Organization?

Administrators can promote other users to administrator: on an expanded user panel, click the icon which will Promote to administrator the selected user.

1. Login to Process Governance
2. Go to the Organization settings
3. In the Users section, paste in the username
4. Hover over the person-key icon
5. Click to Promote to administrator

If the Process Governance Administrator has left your company, and you have no other Administrators in your organization anymore, then please log a ticket with SAP-Signavio Support via the Support portal.
