Symptom
I am unable to access Signavio either through our internal SSO plugin or direct login (Signavio web portal). I receive the following browser error: "The site can't provide a secure connection (ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR)"

Resolution
This is an end user browser issue. The most common reasons include the following: the website or IP address, SSL/TLS connections are blocked by a firewall, company VPN or an antivirus program.
