3242438 - Revoked diagrams from the Collaboration Hub still have the published icons from the approval workflow in the Explorer

I have revoked a diagram from the Collaboration Hub, but the icon for the published diagrams (at the end of the name) from the approval workflow is still shown.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

It is a normal behavior, the icons before and after the diagram's name are different.

The one at the beginning shows the current status of the diagram:

• published or not with the blue icon

The one at the end is a status defined by the approval workflow. Changing the state of the diagram manually (Publishing or revoking using the "Share" menu from the Explorer) doesn't change the status of this icon.

You have to start another approval workflow in order to (re-)set the state of the model or you create a new revision of the diagram, then the icon will change.
