Symptom
Why is one of my HUB licensed users getting access denied when navigating with a direct model link, ie. https://<<region>>.signavio.com/p/editor?id=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Access Denied! You are trying to access a document you don't have permission to view.
Resolution
In this scenario the model was published, but the link shared to the user was an editor link, ie. https://<<region>>.signavio.com/p/editor?id=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and the user accessing it has a HUB license and only 'H (Hub)' access rights to the folder.
- To fix for a hub license, either
- Share the hub link with the user ← easiest.
- Provide the user with 'H, R' access rights, it will then redirect to hub-preview for viewing.
- Provide the user with 'H, R, W' access rights, it will then redirect to quickmodel for editing.
- Provide the user with correct access rights and upgrade to a modeler license.
- Share the hub link with the user ← easiest.
