User is unable to view all regions Addresses from a single Addresses table.

How does story report fetch all countries Addresses from single Addresses table.

  • Analytics & Reporting (Ad Hoc, YouCalc, ORD)
    • People Analytics (Analytics Cloud for SF)

1. Login to instance.
2. Navigate to reporting.
3. Create Story report by choosing employment or person.
4. Select Addresses table and check how data is displayed.
5. Report will contain only few regions data (for example : Asia , Oceania region data will be present in report and data will be missing for few regions such as for Europe GBR , AGO , ARE).

Why data is missing for few regions : Navigation chosen to fetch data from table Addresses is not the correct path and also data fetched in report will be based on customer configuration.

To fetch complete Addresses of all regions follow the below path:

Person-->Addresses-->click on related tables -->Person-->choose the tables as per report requirement (each table is equal to one region Addresses).
