3242727 - Consistency check failed for catalog object UMGSETTING

After a DB refresh procedure with SWPM 2.0 tool (SAP note 2568783) using Backup/Restore option, the target AS ABAP system is not able to start.

In the dev_w* trace files similar error message appears as follows.
