The Case/Creator in SAP Signavio Process Governance is not available to be assigned under the roles of a 'User Task' for a process.

To be able to use the "Case/Creator" for a user task role, you first have to create a data mapping (Map Variables).

You will need to map the 'Case/Creator' to a role of your choice.

After you have created the mapping you can use the role in your user tasks.
