3242796 - Admin users unable to view custom analytics report in Workflow Accelerator.

Symptom

Admin users are unable to view the shared custom analytics report in Workflow Accelerator, they are getting the following error message:

Workflow xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  doesn't exist or you don't have view permission.

Resolution

Based on the error message more than likely the Workflow Process, ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx permissions are set as a 'private process', which means the access to this process is restricted and you will need to either add the users manually to view the process or make the process public.

This can be done within the process, under 'Details' tab -> 'Access Control', then add the user with "see process" and "view case" permissions.
