3242833 - The user receives only one notification for multiple tasks

If we create multiple tasks for the same process which are assigned to one user, the user needs a single notification for each task. But the user only receives one notification for the entire case.

It is not intended that an e-mail be sent for each task of the workflow if the tasks are assigned to the same user. The reason for this decision is that we only want to send the necessary number of e-mails to inform the user.Therefore, this functionality does not exist.

As shown in the screenshot if a user has been assigned multiple tasks in one case, he will receive an e-mail with all the tasks assigned to him.
