3242834 - I don't receive any notifications for comments, in Workflow Accelerator

When I add a comment and mention a user, using the @ (tag), the user is not receiving a notification to say that they have been mentioned in a comment. Can you confirm if notifications should be received for this and if so how I resolve this issue.

You should be able to receive the notifications if you subscribed to it. You can check your preferences in your profile:

The notifications are not immediately sent, and if the mentioned user has already seen the message, they won't be notified.
