In the collaboration hub, how can I change a user's license without deleting the user?

If you are using Velocity, then Central User Management can be used to change a user's license.
If you are using Classic Hub, then please contact Signavio Support by logging a ticket in the Signavio Support portal. They can then perform the User License Move, on your behalf.
Steps to change a user's license
Login to Collaboration Hub (Velocity) as a workspace administrator and click on Settings in the bottom left corner.
From there, click on user management and select the users option in the newly opened tab to see the list of users in the workspace.
If necessary, search for the user in the search bar highlighted in the screenshot below and select the user that needs their license to be changed.
On the right will be a pane showing the users details. Locate the section called Licenses and click to assign more licenses, and select the new license
To ensure the user has the correct license type, you can now delete the license type the user does not need e.g for this case, the administrator would delete the Enterprise license.
The licenses have now been swapped.
