When DocuSign or Remote signature is used for signing the documents the owner of the User ID, Username, First Name and Last Name for the candidate's documents will show as the BPE Service User. You can search all the documents for a particular candidate only once the candidate is hired and active in the system or post the start date by using Advanced Filters and searching the candidate's name in Document Owner in Manage Documents page as shown below-
