3242953 - Issues when using transaction OA2C_GRANT to request OAuth2 Tokens

Symptom

When selecting the "Request Token" button on the application launched by the transaction OA2C_GRANT, an error is shown:

"CX_OA2C_PROT_HTTP_FAILURE

HTTP Protocol Failure: HTTP-Method: SEND
HTTP-Returncode: 1
HTTP-Returncode-Message: http_communication_failure
HTTP-Code: 44
HTTP-Message: 44 -Fehlercode beim Senden der Daten." 

Work Process traces (dev_wXX) display the following errors:

 *** ERROR => get_OAuth2ClientHttpRequestParameters: RSecDReadItem(...) returned 5

N  OA2C: Error from CL_HTTP_CLIENT->SEND:                                                  
N  OA2C: i_subrc=1                                                                        
N  OA2C: http_communication_failure                                                        
N  OA2C: error code=44                                                                
N  OA2C: msg=44 -Fehlercode beim Senden der Daten.
