Unable to provide only view permission for specific custom data collection objects

For a secured custom data collection object if we give View permission from one Manager Self Service role and View and Edit permission from Employee Self Service role then the manager is able to edit the custom data collection data for his reportees as well from Onboarding Dashboard.

Expected behavior

This is the current expected system behavior where we cannot restrict custom data collection object edit or view permission based on the target population. If the edit permission is coming from Employee Self Service role then the user will be able to edit the data for other target population if he has access to the task in Onboarding Dashboard.
