3243069 - SAP Marketing Cloud - Error Related to View YY1_MKT_EXT_SEG_CFD_VIEWS occurs in Export Software Collection App

You get error like below when do Check in Export Software Collection app.

"Segmentation Data Source _SAP_CF_IA_CONTACT SAP_ADT EXT depends on SAP HANA View for Marketing YY1_MKT_EXT_SEG_CFD_VIEWS."

• SAP Marketing Cloud Edition

1. Select an export collection with segmentation object items in Export Software Collection app.
2. Click on Check button and view the error in log.

When you assign custom fields to segmentation objects, the system generates HANA views based on the standard views in order to enhance them with the custom fields. This was done so far system locally (that is, in quality and production system separately).

Now the views are only generated in quality and transported the usual way by software collection export and import together with the other generated objects, for example, the custom fields themselves and the changes to segmentation configuration.

This change does not change anything to the functionality. You may notice that a new item Marketing Extensibility: Generated Custom Field Views for Segmentation shows up in your software collection when new custom fields are created and added to segmentation.

Use Add Missing Item Button to add item "Marketing Extensibility: Generated Custom Field Views for Segmentation" then do the Check again.
