cl_wd_runtime_services=>attach_file_to_response is used in customized Webdynpro program to download excel file, however the behavior is different with IE and Chrome/Edge.
With IE, it downloads excel file (IE11 is out of support now);
With Chrome/Edge, it downloads txt file instead.
