3243141 - PI/PO CPA Cache not updated with directory data

Symptom

  • You are using SAP Process Orchestration (PO) or Process Integration (PI) system
  • You have configured this system as High Availability
  • You have performed a CPA Cache refresh and it shows the following error:
        com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.impl.exception.CPADirectoryCacheException: Could not open Directory URL
        Reason: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.impl.cache.directory.DirectoryAccess.getDataFromDirectory(DirectoryAccess.java:307
