3243279 - The Upgrade entitled "To-Do Tasks on the Latest Home Page" is set as Feature Disabled

The "To-Do Tasks on the Latest Home Page" is marked as "Feature Disabled"

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Go to Home page > You will notice that you have the latest home page (aka reimagined home page)
2. Go to Upgrade Center > You will notice that the "To-Do Tasks on the Latest Home Page" is marked as "Feature Disabled"

The Implementation of the Latest Home Page was made some time ago by proceeding with the following upgrade in the Upgrade Center: "To-Do Tasks on the Latest Home Page".

The objective was to enable the To-Do Tasks on the latest home page in the environment.

Before the upgrade, on provisioning, the "enable the latest version of the Home page" feature checkbox was not unchecked. 

It should have been unchecked prior running the upgrade via Upgrade center. 

Now that the universal push made, the combination of the Universal push + upgrade made on Upgrade Center + "enable the latest version of the Home page" feature checkbox is checked resulted in → the "To-Do Tasks on the Latest Home Page" marked as "Feature Disabled".

This is an expected behavior and means that your SuccessFactors Cloud instance received the Universal push and the mentioned upgrade is "disabled" or in other words no more accessible.
