Symptom
In Signavio Process Manger we would like the 'Support' button to be disabled from all our environments or redirected to“support@xyzCompany.com.au”
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
Resolution
Unfortunately it is not currently possible to change the email address for the support button or disable it, this feature request has been sent to development for review.
Possible workaround:
You can add additional support URL's and contact information under, Signavio Process Manger, Explorer -> Edit General Configuration.
