3243340 - Unable to see any text in print dialog box including print button text when printing diagram via old Commenting View

When user tries to print diagram using the old Commenting view/Team Collaboration feature via Editor, most of the print dialog (including the print button) contains no text. The only button that contains text is the cancel button.

The issue appears in Chrome, Edge (Chromium) and Firefox

The 'Commenting View' functionality described above is an older component and its functionality has now been moved into the Velocity Collaboration Hub.

Print the diagram via the Hub by following either of these two options:

1. Use the 'Export diagrams to PDF' function outlined in the user guide here: Export diagrams to PDF (signavio.com)

or

       2. Use the 'Print' function which uses your browsers print dialog as outlined in the user guide here: Actions (signavio.com)
