Yes, if you have deleted a diagram in the manner displayed above you can retrieve it by navigating to the Trash folder and pressing the 'Restore' button while the diagram of interest is selected.

Unfortunately if the diagram has been deleted from the Trash folder there is no way to retrieve it.
