SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
We put a new process approval workflow in place and archived the original one. Friday (Sept 4th), When checking on an approval, and noticed that there are 30 open cases with dates from August 1st to Sept 28th.
Could you please research this and let us know why we are having cases start on the archived workflow and why the user is not displaying?
