3243370 - Access rights cannot be added more than 20 users/groups in the Explorer. Why?

When trying to add more than 20 access rights for users/groups, we get error.

Access right could not been added. Maybe it is already defined.

Why cannot we add more than 20 users/groups access rights?

The access rights for users/groups will be shown more than 20 when you add in access rights section, but once you close the popup, it will make paging by 20 users/groups. So please check if access rights are defined in next page.
