In the Excel reports, the name of the workspace is wrong.
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
Resolution
To resolve this inconsistent naming issue, please ask your workspace tenant owner to go to (within the Explorer): Setup -> My Profile -> General Information -> Company/Org. under their name in the top-right corner. Here the tenant owner can edit the Organization name. This name will be reflected on future reports that are generated from Process Manager. Please note: The change must come from the tenant owner rather than other users.
