3243414 - Unable to log into Workflow Accelerator

Symptom

I cannot can’t Access Workflow Accelerator after being presented with the login screen. I have an active WF license. What could be the issue?

Resolution

The root cause is that you're entering username/password manually rather than via the 'Log in with Process Manager account'. Once you enter your credentials after logging in via Process Manager account, you won't be asked again, unless you clear your browser cache.
