Is there a way for users without a modeling license to set a subscription to processes in the Collaboration Hub and be notified of new comments on those processes?

Users who have a so-called "named Hub license", which you can assign via User Management, can subscribe to the daily notification email or remove the subscription. In the new Collaboration Hub, which is part of the Velocity release, you will also be notified when a comment has been made on a subscribed chart.
