3243427 - When exporting a model in SAP Signavio Process Editor using Astah, an error occurs.

When exporting a model in Signavio Process Editor using Astah, an error occurs:

"Export Failed: An error occurred while exporting the select diagrams. Please try again and contact the support if the error occurs again.  It is helpful if you attach the respective diagrams to your support request."

For an Astah UML export, we assume that every edge is connected to shapes on both sides.

Please check that the edges are fully connected, if they don't have a green dot on both sides, please try re-connecting the shapes.
