3243453 - Exporting my diagram as an XML file

I would like to export my BPMN/DMN diagram as XML data.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

The plain XML export in the menu is only possible for diagrams which are not following a XML standard. To export your BPMN or DMN diagram as a XML file choose resp. "Export BPMN 2.0 XML" or "Export DMN 1.1 XML" from the "Import/Export" menu. Please see screenshot.
