3243496 - Unable to view field mapping for Google task in SWA

Symptom


I am unable to view/edit the Google Drive/Sheets field mappings when editing a workflow process in Signavio Workflow Accelerator.


I am getting the message, "This action uses an account from a different user."




Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Resolution


Currently only the person that created the task using google sheets/upload option can edit it.


If the person has left the organisation you will need to re-authorise the google account with your workflow account and then re-map the fields.


Note, using 'user replacement' will not work with google accounts either.
