3243498 - Not all Cases are listed in Workflow Accelerator


Even some cases created from the same process, what each user can see is different in case list. why?


Some users can see 2 cases as below.

Some users can see only 1 case as below.

One possibility this happens is, the access control for this process has been updated in some stage from public to private, and some users do not have permission to see the new cases anymore.

Access permission for a case is permissions set at the time the case started.

Process Level Access

Please see Processes > Select the process > Details > Access control

Public Access:

Private Access(Example):

For the example above, one of the cases ran when the process was "public" and the other was run after the process turned to "private" where some users lost their access permission.

Task Level Access

When you set access control over process, please confirm task level access who has what access as well.

Please see Processes > Select the process > Actions > Select a Task > Access Rights > click Define Specific Access if you wish to change access

Please make sure to publish change once access control has been updated.

Access Rights updates will be applied only for the future cases.
