How do I remove a user from a workspace to reassign their license to a new user?
Resolution
Only administrator can delete a user from the workspace. To do so, follow these steps:
- Log into the Signavio Collaboration Hub;
- Navigate to Settings > User Management;
- In the Users tab, select the user and choose "Remove user" option;
- You can check the available licenses by navigating to Process Manager > Setup > Manage Users & Access Rights.

Please be aware that deleting a user will result in the loss of all content within their "My Documents" folder. Therefore, ensure that any important information is moved to the "Shared Documents" folder before proceeding. Once the user is deleted, their license becomes available for reassignment to a new user. All processes, diagrams, and images uploaded to or created in the "Shared Folder" will remain.
Please note that the tenant owner/main administrator can't be removed; for assistance with this, please contact the Support team.
