  •  Go to Application user management work center
  •  Go to Incidents View
  •  Search for the incident with above subject line
  •  in the incident you will see below details

  • Go to Application and User  work center 
  • Go to Business Task Management view 
  • You can see below unassigned notification for Shopping Carts (REQ_IR(Internal request))

"One or More Items in Shopping Cart XXX Canceled"

Click on the latest action log you will see below information or similar information

"Business task is inconsistent - no valid responsible person/organization
Searching for responsible in non-configurable work category: Purchase Requesting Employee
Searching using method Requesting Employee as Defined in Purchase Document
Employee found:ABC (IDXXXX)
Employees removed because they have no validity:
Employee:ABC( IDXXXX )"

Since this user is no more valid or left your organization thus system cannot assign this task to this person.

also you cannot assign this task to any other person  using Assign button in Business task management view.


There is a possibility to assign the shopping cart via Application user management work center>Shopping Cart Management view

Here you can search for Shopping Carts XXX by changing the filter of shopping cart status to include Canceled shopping carts in the filter result.

Then you can assign it to responsible employee.

Here system will show the list of employees in the list.

You can search for open shopping carts and assign them to another employee. The additional employee to whom the shopping carts are now assigned will be able to view and process them.

Please assign the Shopping Carts  XXX to active employees and then try to assign the task or do Determine Assignment.

So new employee to whom the shopping carts are now assigned should be able to take actions on notification.

It is possible to configure certain elements of this notification using the 'Business Task Management for Self-Service Procurement 'fine-tuning activity. For example, you can deactivate the notification in configuration if you do not need it in your business processes, or you can change the priority of the task notification.
