Recruiter is receiving an error when initiating Onboarding, [ErrorCode - 500; ErrorMessage- Process]

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Resolution

Take the following steps to resolve the issue:

  1. In Super Admin 
  2. Select Processes
  3. Select Process Filter
  4. Add the key Process with value Onboarding
