3243651 - Background job failed with error which indicating the date is not found in calendar

The background job is cancelled and following can be found in job log:

Rescheduling of periodic job failed. Three reasons are possible:
- Restriction (e.g. 'Omit job') with factory calendar PF critical
- Unable to load factory calendar PF or too many public holidays
- Period.job, scheduled for particular day in month, cannot find new date
Invalid start time displayed. Job chain ended.
Unable to find date in calendar. (Is the calendar correct?)
Job cancelled
