3243772 - Missing Rates for Currency Conversion Measure Using Dynamic Category

An Add Missing Rates message appears in your model, even though the Dynamic Category is set.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2022.21 and higher

1. In the modeler, a currency conversion measure is configured using the Dynamic category setting.
2. An error similar to the following is seen in the Calculation Preview panel:

Choosing the Dynamic setting indicates that generic rates will be used with no category setting. However, generic rates are not applied to the Specific category with a Rate Version.

Specific versions and calculations will only use rates from that rate version, therefore, missing rates must be added to the version as it will not default to use generic rates.
