Symptom
After migrating to the Latest Home Page, Performance form to-do tiles are showing in languages different from a user's locale.
The behavior is intermittent:

- A user can see one performance form card in a different language, while another performance form card will display in the correct language.
- A user can see a performance form card in a different language, while another user will see a card for the same performance form template in the correct language.
- This does not impact all performance form templates in the Performance module. Some templates will be impacted for some users, while others will display correctly.
- This impacts performance forms launched prior to migration and newly launched performance forms.

Reproducing the Issue
- Log into instance
- See Performance Review to-do tiles in other languages, or displaying the performance form title in another language
Cause
Coding issue
Resolution
This was fixed in the 2211 release in December 2022. Existing To-Dos with the issue prior to the fix will need to be corrected via Provisioning.
As a customer, you do not have access to provisioning. Please engage your Partner or SuccessFactors Product Support to implement the fix.
