- One user is missing the My Inbox tile (or other Fiori app tile) while other users can see it with the same identified roles
- The user has the SAP_FND_BCR_MANAGER_T or SAP_BR_MANAGER
- Comparing the user (does not work) and the user (does work) have exactly the same roles in SAP Transaction CODE SU01
