You would like to have access to all the Leads changes in a Report.

Cause
Currently the only possibility is to check these changes in Lead Changes facet, in which you have to go to each Lead to check them.
Resolution
Unfortunately, no feature exists to retrieve this information from multiple Business Objects instance.
