3244137 - Server-side configuration not injected into FioriLaunchpad.html

Symptom

Fiori Launchpad is not loading / shows blank page and you can find the following error messages in browser console:
Server-side configuration not injected into FioriLaunchpad.html. This should only happen if the page is not served from the ABAP front-end server, but was redirected to a static web server using a reverse proxy. Without dynamic server-side configuration, the functionality of the Fiori launchpad is limited. In future versions, such a setup will not be supported at all.

The application uses an obsolete sap.ushell.functionBindPrototype module. - The reference to this module has to be removed.

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'createRenderer')
